My phone sends me those screen time reports every Sunday. Lately I spend around 3 hours a day looking at the screen. That always feels weird. I’m not even scrolling reels or watching stuff. I mostly post content, respond to messages, write back to students. But still that’s a lot of time spent with a screen in my face. If I could I’d be at the machine instead!
