Can XP make a direct CD to CD copy using it's built-in burner software? I need to be able to copy a bootable CD I created. Help files only seem to indicate you can copy the contents of a CD.

if you mean you want to use an m3u as a list from which the program gets the files to burn, Nero 5.5 does this.
