"Don't waste your time trying to print your memories. \nI requested for 4 magnets and 1 photo collage to be made and had to come back 3 times over the course of 10 hours because it wasn't ready. When it was finally ready the photo magnets had a huge line down them and were ruined and the 8 x 10 collage looked as if I didn't have my glasses on. Completely blurry. The "manager" was incredibly rude and just cancelled the order. It's not like I needed it for Christmas or anything. Didn't offer to reprint or anything. I asked her if she really looked at that collage and still decided to sell and it and she said "that's just how it is". They also lost the order of the woman in front of me and told her countless times that she didn't order it only for them to find it last minutes. So, don't waste your time."

"I would give them a zero but that's not an option Four hours looking for the reason, my car was overheating. I was told it was the radiator. I explained to them why it was not was recommended an oil change was going to solve the problem never found the issue took it back and they look like they're dumbfounded, I would rank it as a waste of time. Go anywhere else save your money"

"We paid $99 for Threshold delivery. A third-party deliverer brought the delivery, but initially refused threshold service, since their paperwork didn't show it. I called Home Depot in front of them, and they changed their tune fast. Not sure if Home Depot is at fault or the delivery service, but my wife and I came away frustrated with this process. Improvements must be made!"
